Vince Salminen

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Billings Heights, Montana. I went to Bench Elementary, Castle Rock Middle School and Skyview High School. 

Where did you go to college?

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, from North Dakota State University, in 2011. I wrestled Division I for NDSU from 2006 to 2011, where I was a four-year varsity wrestler, a two-time Western Wrestling Conference champion and two time NCAA Division I National Qualifier. I was also an NCAA Academic All American.

I then went to Law School at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. I earned my Juris Doctorate in 2018 where I graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude. I also received a Certificate of Focus in Business Law.

When you were 5, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a professional athlete.

Why did you decide to get into legal work?

I made the decision to get into legal work in order to create opportunities where I could better my community, my family and myself.

What is your primary area of practice?

While our firm practices several areas of law, I specialize in Personal Injury Law. I am licensed in both Montana and Wyoming.

What is the most rewarding part of this work?

The most rewarding aspect of our work has always been helping people through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

What advice would you give someone wanting to join your team?

Work hard, always be honest and just be yourself.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

I love the outdoors. I hunt, fish, snowboard, wake surf, skateboard, hike and any other adventure that might present itself. I also love traveling the world with my family.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

Simple. My superpower would be the power of flight.
